The Chief Executive of Third Space Ministries is Carolyn Skinner.
As a Baptist Minister, Carolyn has had experience of church leadership, community engagement, and mission in a variety of ways since 2005.
In working in partnership with other organisations Carolyn has been a sports chaplain at Royal Ascot 2007, Winter Paralympics 2010, Women’s Rugby World Cup 2010 and the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. She heads up ‘Love All, Serve All’, the annual initiative with the Wimbledon Tennis Queues. She is also a chaplain at a gym and has had experience of chaplaincy within the music industry. Carolyn has regularly worked with 24-7prayer in Ibiza as part of a team demonstrating God’s love in practical ways to holiday makers and workers.
When not involved in Third Space Ministries, Carolyn can often be found going for a run, drinking coffee with friends, or sitting in the sun!

Lucy Hardy, Third Space Ministries Intern
Lucy graduated from the University of York in 2010 where she studied Applied Social Science - Children and Young People. When in York, shw was a 'Street Angel' - an initiative in York City centre, offering practical help and listening to people on Friday and Saturday nights. Lucy has worked with 24-7 Prayer in Ibiza since 2011. She is involved in all aspects of Third Space Ministries from being a Fit Lives Volunteer at the gym to speaking engagements, but she has a particular heart for the nightlife initiatives with Club & Pray and Club Angels.
Lucy enjoys singing, travelling to new places, and is currently teaching herself to play the guitar.
